How many people can we accommodate?
The three-seasons room can seat up to 60 people. On nice and sunny Northern Michigan days we can accommodate more using our outdoor patio space.
Can I book my event at anytime during the year?
We do have “black out dates.”
This includes WEEKENDS from Mid-June thru Mid-August; and HOLIDAYS including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and New Years Eve.
We also ask that if you are looking to book any event on Friday or Saturdays, that the “dinner rush” time-window be avoided!

How do I secure my event?
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to lock in your date. This cost will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your event.
There are no additional room fees!
Is gratuity included?
We do add a 20% gratuity for our staff.
What is our cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event. If cancelled any less than that then 100% of total bill is still required.
Northern Michigan weather is unpredictable. In the case that an event has to be canceled due to Mother Nature, we will try and reschedule the
event in a timely manor.
What does our food options look like?
We have a variety of different meal options that we can offer your group! These vary from buffet style meals, appetizer spreads or just ordering off the whole menu. Please fill out the information box below and we can work together to accommodate your group.
